COZY bars are made with real ingredients and no weird preservatives, so we keep them cold to help maintain freshness, texture, and quality. Think of the fridge as our preservative.

How should I store my COZY bars?

Keep your bars refrigerated for everyday snacking. You can also freeze them if you want to extend freshness or enjoy a firmer, extra-cold bite.

How long do COZY bars last?

For the freshest taste and texture, keep your COZY bars cold and follow the storage guidance below:

  • Refrigerated: up to 45 days
  • Frozen: up to 6 months
  • Room temperature: up to 2 days in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
Can I eat COZY straight from the freezer?

Yes. COZY is ready to eat straight from the freezer, no thawing needed. Enjoy it frozen for a firmer bite, or let it sit for a few minutes if you prefer a softer, chewier texture.

Can I take COZY on the go?

Yes. COZY is best kept cold, but it can be enjoyed at room temperature for short periods. Keep it in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.

COZY makes the Butterbar, a soft, chewy refrigerated snack bar made with grass-fed butter and eight real ingredients. Unlike shelf-stable bars, Butterbars are kept cold to stay fresh, soft, and satisfying without preservatives.

Does COZY contain added sugar?

COZY is naturally sweetened with organic dates and raw honey. We do not use refined sugar or artificial sweeteners.

Are COZY bars gluten-free?

Yes. COZY bars are made with gluten-free ingredients and processed in a gluten-free facility. Please check the product packaging for the most up-to-date allergen information.

Are COZY bars dairy-free?

No. COZY bars contain grass-fed butter.

When will my order ship?

We ship orders on Mondays and Wednesdays. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

How are COZY bars shipped?

Because COZY bars are refrigerated, we ship with cold packaging and ice packs to help protect product quality during transit.

What should I do when my order arrives?

Place your COZY bars in the freezer as soon as they arrive. Enjoy them straight from the freezer, or move a few to the fridge if you prefer a softer, chilled bite.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–4 business days. Orders ship on Mondays and Wednesdays.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
